We sourced this amazing coffee from the clay mineral soils of Café Especial La Orquídea in the Tolima region of Colombia.
We then tapped our friends at Revolution Brewing in Chicago for some Bourbon Barrels and aged the washed process, fair trade, and organic green coffee for 30 days before medium roasting it to perfection.
Behind the strong flavors of bourbon, you will find coffee notes of Vanilla Wafer, Cherry, and Plum.
